Condenser fan assembly broken. Placed a house fan to cool the condenser but the unit does not cool. Compressor is on but I am not sure if it has any referigerant left in it. Please advise as to how to proceed.
ANSWER Hello Dipak. You will need to check and see if the compressor is running or just clicking on and off on the overload. If it's running, you will want to feel of the filter drier and make sure it is warm. If the drier is cold to touch, then there is a sealed system problem. It can have a freon leak, or a restriction in the unit. If the compressor is not running, or is clicking on and off on the relay overload, you may have a bad control board DA41-00219C or a bad relay overload DA35-10013Q DA34-10003S. Hope this helps.
