We have the noisy vibrating fan/the blade is what is moving. will this help keep the blade still? Does this also come with directions on how to install the grommet?

ANSWER Thom, The grommets may solve some of the vibration issue, but you may want to check the fan mounting bracket for cracks or broken motor supports, or maybe consider repalcing the assembly DA97-01948A , it would probably be best.
