Hi I have a Samsung Side By Side RS2534WW. The refrigerator side is freezing up (Evaporator Assembly). We've checked & flushed the drain, replaced defrost Temp sensor and defrost thermostat sensor. Do you have any suggestions?

ANSWER Hello Kyle. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the heater in the evaporator is bad and you will need to order and replace the evaporator assembly DA96-00020Q. The heater is not available separately.
