My ice maker stopped making ice. I replaced the entire assembly, but it will not cycle using the test button. It doesnt move. I tested the old motor and small board with no tray or anything else, and the motor runs (spins), and water is dispensed. It doesnt do anything with the entire assembly is connected. What are the steps to troubleshoot the voltage in the connection to the assembly, and what else should I check?
ANSWER Hello Victor. According to the manufacture, there is a kit manufactured for this model number for the issue you are having. The kit part number is DA81-01043H and is used for slow or no ice making issues. It sounds like you will need to order this kit, and replace all the parts in the kit to repair the unit.
