Thank you for your answer on part. Now I am confused by your details of where the fan is located and what do I have to remove (I assume in freezer section) to get to the defective motor location?

ANSWER Hello Mary Jo. You will need to determine which fan motor is not running. You have one in the freezer and one in the refrigerator. Both of these are accessed by removing the back wall of the refrigerator/freezer. Hope this helps.
