Washer fills with water, begins agitating but then stops. Burning smell of electrical, not of rubber. Then tried unit with out clothes and it appeared to run just fine through entire cycle.
Electrical smell makes me think that motor may be shot and not running under a load... but the fact that it ran fine without clothes made me think that it may be something else that is not 'driving' the tub to turn under load/weight. Can you help?
