I bought a new sears washer and right after the factory warranty expired it stopped spinning and left the clothes soaked. It would fill and drain but no agitation or spinning. I called a local repairman and he replaced the W10006355 actuator. 6 months later the same thing, and now 3 months later it is doing it again. What could be causing the actuator to be failing so quickly?
ANSWER Hello John. Check and see if the bolt for the large pulley on the bottom is loose. If so, tighten it back using loc-tite and it should resolve the issue.
