The upper & lower agitators slip during wash even after replacement of cam agitator repair kit. Agitation is too weak and clothes just gets soaked. I can even stop it from agitating by hand only. Everything else works during the cycles. Any help very welcome. Thank you!

ANSWER Hello Chito,
The teeth inside the agitator may be stripped also. You could replace the complete agitator 285565, or just the top half 3348752.
