ANSWER Tatiane, We have no video, and the manual instruction leave a bit to be deisired "Agitator 1. Open loading door. 2. Remove fabric softener dispenser by unsnapping from agitator. Remove agitator by one of two ways. a. (Auger style agitators) Loosen bolt in agitator and remove by sliding straight up output shaft of transmission." You will need a ratchet wrench, socket and an extension to reach the bolt located in the center opening, once you remove the dispenser assembly or agitator cap. Good Luck and Thanks
