I replaced the upper agitator and the dogs but when I put the upper agitator back in it did not snap in. So when I started washing I noticed the tub would not move. Do I have the wrong bottom agitator or does the tub not move when agitating.

ANSWER Hello Saul,
The tub does not move while agitating. If it did, the unit wouldn't get a good wash result. The only time the brake releases and the tub moves is during the spin cycle.
