My Agitator does not spin when there are clothes in the washer. I have traced this to the fact that I can "easily" lift off the top half of the agitator so I have access to the bolt that holds the lower half of agitator to the transmission. Since I can pull it off easly, when it turns and pushes the clothes down, it just pops the upper half of the agitator off and hence, no longer pushes the clothes down. Do I need to replace the entire agitator?
