In delicate cycle spin it made a loud sludge hammer noise and it shook like crazy. It washes great but when the spin cycle starts to increase in speed it acts like it's very off balance, so we have to shut it down...ring by hand, and hang out to drip dry...it rains almost every day so...HELP!!!!
We found two pins that were in little clear catcher cases, so I reinstalled them and use cottor pins to hold them in place. When we put things back together it was better, but still shakes rattles and rolls in spin cycle...HELP...still washed great, but still had to ring them out by hand.
ANSWER Diane, First, you need to remove the pins you installed, They are for shipping purposes only and are extracted and fall into the plastic cup when the installer installs the washer and removes the shipping straps. You then need to check and make sure the washer is level and the rear self leveling and locking rear feet "lock" into place(raise the rear of the washer a few inches off the floor, and let it drop back down) , You then want to remove the cabinet and check the skid plate and base pads, to make sure the washer didn't slide off the plates and is locked in place and not moving freely. But you should notice more movement in the regular hi spin speed cycle ?
