ANSWER Hello Nicolas. You will need to check and see if the lid switch 3949247 is broke or bad on the unit. If so, it will prevent the washer from spinning and working properly. It should read closed with the lid closed on the washer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
