How hard are they to replace?

ANSWER Hello Isaac! The agitator dogs 80040 should not be that hard to replace. You can remove the center bolt down in the agitator, the agitator will then lift up. Separate the upper and lower agitator (this will need some force). Once separated you can tip the upper portion over and the dogs should just fall out. Place the new agitator dogs in the slots.
