My machine makes a load clunk at the end of each cycle and more so at the end of a spin. I just replaced the drive block based on fixes others had done to cure this problem. A visual inspection shows everything looking fine. I did notice small black particles under the machine when I pulled it out from the wall.
I did not notice any obvious damage to the drive block or the associated parts. No metal shavings etc.
ANSWER Hello Michael! Check the coupling between the motor and the tranmission. Your part number is 285753A. Thanks!
