Hello, we have a Kenmore top loader washing machine. The machine starts, fills with water but the wash cycle is silent and does not agitate. Once the wash cycle is complete, the machine starts to drain and then spin clothes. Machine works well through all the other cycles except washing/agitating.
We've recently replaced the agitator dogs (they were worn out) and the motor couplings are in good shape. We're not sure what to look for next. Please help. Thank you.
