I recently bought some agitator grease and a spanner wrench from you. Your videos were terrific in helping me figure out how to remove the inner basket from my Whirlpool top-loading washing machine.
I took everything apart and cleaned off the smelly mildew build-up, and reinstalled. Everything works, but it's a little squeaky. It was recommended that I buy some agitator grease.
Question: where exactly do I put the agitator grease? Does it go along the length of the shaft upon which the agitator rests?
How much should I apply.
ANSWER Hello Matt. The grease goes onto the shaft and between the two sections of the agitator.
