ANSWER Hello Marvin. If the ice door is not closing, you will need to check and see if the tabs are broke that holds it in place. If so, you will need to replace the ice door kit 8201756. This kit is designed to repair the flapper inside the dispenser. It comes with the instructions for the repair. Hope this helps.
