The lower spray arm rubs on the Internal Rear Feed Cap which prevents it from rotating. I have made certain that the locking mechanism (that has to be turned to remove the spray arm) is fully engaged. The spray arm is not bent or damaged in any apparent way. Something must be worn or not working properly to allow the spray arm to hit the feed cap towards the rear of the cabinet. Any ideas?-Thanks.
