After taking off the spray arm and checking out the hub, I cannot get the spray arm reattached. I see a lot of people have the same issue. I would appreciate any advice on how to get it back on. I've set it on top and turned the arm but it is very wobbly and is only resting on the hub, not screwed in as it was when I took it off.
ANSWER Hello John,
Since you didn't list a model number, I'm just going on the picture of the spray arm you were looking at. This style has the little grey nut in the center and it is left hand threads. To secure the spray arm, you need to "unscrew it on", since it is left handed threads. You will need to hold the center "nut" with a pair of pliers to tighten it. Be careful not to over-tighten it as this will strip easily.
