I need to take off the upper spray arm. It's got so much calcium build up on it, I can't get it off. Do you know an easy way I can do this?
ANSWER Carole, the easiest procedure is, At the top of the tub, where the spray arm assembly mounts, there is a retainer "nut" 912680 Reach above or around the spray arm, and "unscrew" (turn counter clockwise) the nut. Be careful and don't allow the threaded end to pass through the opening and wind up on top of the tub. Once you have the assembly out, you can "unsnap" and remove the retainer clip W10116811 using a flat blade screwdriver or putty knife. Reverse the procedure and install the replacement part(s). Thanks
