I am having a problem with taking the lower off. I need to find out why the arm is not spinning properly. The arm seems to be stationary when the dishwasher is in use.

ANSWER Hello John. You will need to unscrew the wash arm cap 99001428 to remove the lower spray arm. Then you can access the other parts of the sump to see if the impeller 99002069 is good. Hope this helps.
