The heating element has failed on my Maytag Neptune MDE 9700 AYW electric clothes dryer. Do I have to buy and replace the entire heater duct assembly? Or can I purchase just the heating element?

ANSWER Hello Ron! The manufacture only offers the element in an assembly. The entire assembly will need to be replaced, part number 35001119. Thanks!
