ANSWER Hi Joann. The nd code is no drain. Remove the front lower panel. Clean out the drain pump and incoming hose (sump hose) to the pump. Check to see if the pump impeller is stripped on the shaft and not allowing full speed pumping. Is there too much sudsfrom over soaping? This will cause a air-lock (cavitation) in the pump and it will not drain also. Then this will allow the pressure switch to close and tell the washer to start. The pump is part # 34001098. Thank you.
