I have found no pump is a very weak pump, I have put screen i rubber cone, and has worked 4 years without failure, and have cut front access hole in front pannel, made pannel cover to, but is there a better fix , very poor design.
ANSWER Hi David. They have updated the part internally as the impeller is better formed on the shaft and not to break and spin freely. It is part # 34001098. Make sure the tub-to-hose pump is clear and there is a anti-siphon cap on the drain standpipe so the inner diaphram opens as the draining effect happens. Make sure that the drain hose is not kinked creating back pressure and the drain standpipe is not further then the use and care manual suggest. Thank You.
