I got a nickel stuck in the pump. I got the nickel out then we would put water in it and it wouldn't drain the water back out. The pump was kicking on but wouldnt pump water out. It would go through the cylces up to 9 and thats it and would not drain water out. Could you tell me what it might be?

ANSWER Hello Penny,
If the nickel contacted the pump impeller, it could have ruined the pump. All it takes to do this is something contacting the impeller while it's running and it will break the plastic impeller free from the stainless steel motor shaft.
