Yesterday 6/4/2014 I took ice from the ice bin by hand to fill up my 1 gallon water jug. The ice maker has not made any ice since then. What did I do that turned the ice maker off? The bail arm was in the down position all day. Thank yo, terry

Terry for Model Number MZD2665HEW

ANSWER Terry, You will want to make sure that the bail arm did not come loose and the icemaker actually in the off position. To find out you can pull the icemaker out and make sure that the bail arm is in the little brown slot on the back of the housing and then make sure it is down. If this is ok then you would want to pull the front off the icemaker and check the pins in the center of the large wheel. If the pins are pushed together or one of the 2 are missing then the icemaker module W10190935 would need to be replaced.
