After installing and pushing the bail arm down, the ice maker makes ice the, arm moves up after about 10 minutes.How do I keep the ICE maker to continue making ICE and stay down to fill container. Thn ICE maker only has about 2 inches of Ice in the container and does not make ice again until I push the bail arm down again. You suggestion?

ANSWER Hello Fred. Check and make sure the arm W10152975 is installed properly into the icemaker module, and springs down when released and does not feel tight. If it is good, you may need to replace the icemaker on the unit due to it being bad on the unit.
