So does the bake element just pop out after removing the screws on it's mounting bracket and the new one pop in? Thus, you do not have to remove the back of the oven or anything complicated like that?

ANSWER Hello Tommy. There will be two wire connectors that attach to the element just unhook them and attach to the new element. Hope this helps.
