The baking element went bad in my convection oven. I have replaced it with part number AP2926637 however it still will not heat. I have checked the two connections twice to make sure I had them on good. It appears that I do. What else could be wrong. I tried heating the oven by using the convection but it still will not heat. The stove top works fine.

ANSWER James, You'll need a multi meter TJMA-DMT3 to test for 220 -240 VAC across the two wires that attach to the element, when a bake cycle is selected. You may have a damaged BK9bake) or DLB(dole line break) relay on the control 9752277CW or a damaged wire between the control and the element. Here's some meter usage information if you should need it [http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html]. Good Luck and Thanks
