My washer spins on the rinse cycle but I do not think it is spinning fast enough to remove all the water from the clothes. The last few loads of lanudry are coming out to wet. The last load after it completed I could smell a burnt smell. I do not see a drive belt on this model. So would this be the "Basket Drive and Brake Assembly AP3094539"?
ANSWER Rick, First check the drain hose for kinks or sharp bends, then check and make sure theres nothing stuck between the top of the basket, and the tub cover. You may want to fill the washer on the highest water level, then let the washer drain and start to spin. The tub should be completely drained in 90 seconds or less. If all checks are OK, then the odor and the degree of wetness of the clothes would indicate a "slipping" clutch 285785.
