washer seems to work fine, but during agitation it makes an intermittent thumping noise (like its jump out of time). I did find a loose coupler on the motor side and replaced that and still have the noise. Thank you in advance for your help.
ANSWER Kevin, If the noise is at the start or end of the spin cycle, you'll need to check the drive block 389140 and drive tube tabs 285792 for excessive wear and "rounded off" edges. If the noise is during the agitation, you'll need to remove the motor, coupler and cushion, turn the coupler on the transmission input shaft in the counter clock wise direction, If you hear of feel the "thump" noise as you turn it, the issue is inside the gearcase 3360629 and it will need to be replaced.
