The drive basket on the washer doesn't spin, and the brake/basket drive is scored probably where the bearings are inside the tub support. So I plan to replace both the brake/basket drive, and the tub support (which would have new bearings in it) - unless there's a reasonable way to remove and replace the bearings (let me know if there is).
My main question is this: what is the correct kind of grease to use?
A whirlpool manual I found says to use rykon #2 grease
http://adcxns1.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/2550f737b3129b0c85256b0600504738/$FILE/787771%20%233.pdf
Is this grease, or a correct equivalent for this purpose, available?
Thank you.
