My washer screams at me when the rinse cycle spins up, I was told that I needed a new bearing and seal kit by one of your phone techs. I have seen videos on how to replace just about every other part on my machine except the bearing and seals. Where can I find good detailed instructions on doing this job on my Kitchenaid washer?
ANSWER Hello Matt. There is no video because these have to be pressed into the tube and the old ones have to be pressed out of the tube. These are not to easy to replace. You have to be careful not to damage the tube of the part.
