Hello. The unit has a LOUD thumping sound, like a bass drum in a parade that sounds every second or two when the dryer is running. I took it completely apart and the rollers seem fine and the motor rotates, but could it be a drum (warped?) or worn rear felt? We've had this dryer for years, and I've replaced heating elements and belts but that's been it. Other wise, except for the thumping sound, it works fine.
ANSWER Hello Rand. It could be a bad drum causing the issue, but most likely, it is the rollers 349241T on the unit that is bad and will need to be replaced.
