I have a neptune dryer that has just started to vibrate consistantlywhen the dryer is running. I took off the front panel and the noise occurs when I hand turn the drum but only in thecounter clockwise direction. I looked at the rollers and they spin freely and don't feel loose. The noise stops when the belt is removed. Is this a tensioner pulley or belt issue?
ANSWER Hello Shane. You will need to check and see if there is any lint stuck inside the fins of the blower wheel. If so, this will cause the issue with the vibration of the unit.
