Hi, When I turn on my Neptune after a few seconds the machine just stops. The motor won't even rotate. It's stops mid cycle also.

Open the control panel and look at the machine control board. There is a component just to the left of the center of the board just above a little blue rectangular component that will burn out if the door locking wax motor has failed. If this is the case, you will need to replace the machine control board 22002989 and the wax motor 12002535 in the control board.
