Hi - Paul again.
I neglected to mention that according to one of the previous questions asked, your rep stated that so long as the water was pumped down to at or below the screw heads of Part Number:
AP4502405, that all was working correctly. Ours does not do so. The water is approx. 1-1/2" above those screws. As I mentioned, if we start a cycle, then immediately hit the cancel button, it does pump all the water out - or at least down to the aforementioned level.
Any ideas? Thanks - Paul
ANSWER Hello Paul. Based on the information you provided, the control board will need to be replaced on the unit. Just make sure the pump motor is not getting hot and shutting down and not pumping out in the unit. If not, replace the board in the unit.
