How do you remove the bottom cover to acess the drain, defrost thermostat, etc? Where are the latches to remove this part?

ANSWER Hello D. Winstead. Remove the back out of the freezer and the front mullion strip and then you can remove the bottom and the unit to access the drain and the defrost system. Most of these will need the doors removed to access these parts.
