I ordered this burner bowl but now it doesn't fit with the orginal burner grate, my cooker is about 10 years old, the new version is flatter around the perimeter compared to the orginal which is curved and hence fits perfectly with the burner grate. Has anyone else experienced this? Likely we will have to go back to the orginal drip bowls. Does anyone have any good suggestions about cleaning the burner bowls?
ANSWER Hello Olefin! I've checked all the orders that were placed this year for the drip pan 3424F030-81 and no one has called in with any issues of the part fitting their appliance. This burner drip pan is the right front and center burner drip pan only. For the left front, left rear, and the right rear burner drip pan you will need to use part number 3424F031-81. Be sure that the correct burner drip pans were ordered. Let the pans soak in warm soapy water to help loosen any food soils. If this does not help you can try using our grate cleaner, part number TJGGC-300, which can also be used to clean burnt on foods and soils on drip pans. Hope this information helps you, thanks!
