ANSWER Hello Victor. Here are the instructions from the manufacture. Hope this helps.
1. Moisten rubber sleeve with water to ease insertion.
2. Insert rubber sleve into the drain hose.
3. Loosely attach hose clamp to drain hose.
4. Insert siphon break into rubber sleeve.
5. Attach 4 inch hose to the siphon break.
6. Loosely attach clamp onto the hose.
7. Tighten hose clamps.
