The left front burner for a kitchen Aid Superba range KGSC308LSO receives gas but the flame is very low as compared to the other burners. I am guessing it needs a cleaning, are there instructions for cleaning the burner or could it be a different cause of the problem of low gas flame.
ANSWER Jim, Once you remove power to the range, you'll want to remove the burner cap 3191898 and check the burner base and orifice 4455849,9753929 for debris and traces of a "spill over" you may want to carefully remove the orifice and check the opening and the back side, as well. With power off to the range, you can open the burner valve for a second or so, to "blow out" any debris, that may have accumulated in the tubing, burner or valve. After the cleaning process, if the problem persists you'll need to replace the gas burner valve 9755405, there would have to be an internal clog, or valve body failure.
