The water is not completely draining from the tub after each cycle change. So I end up rinsing my dishes with dirty soapy water, and when it's done there is still a lot of water left in the bottom. I can get the water to drain completely by pressing the Cancel/Drain button one or two extra times. The drain hose is not clogged, I've checked it twice. What controls how the water is drained? Is it the float or is there a timer or something else?

ANSWER Hello Joel. You will need to remove the drain hose 3374077 from the sump assembly and snake it out. It sounds like it is almost completely clogged. The control times the drain time and the float is good on the unit. The problem is in the drain hose, or the pump on the dishwasher. Most of the time, it is the drain hose giving the issues. Hope this helps.
