Originally the refrigerator was going on/off and display board beeping. Had a technician come in and diagnositics showed the main control board had a problem. Then had the main control board (W10219463)sent out and repaired and reinstalled since whirlpool no longer makes this part. The refrigerator went on and running fine, however the display board in the inside of the refrigerator showed 70 and 70 and 0 on the filter percentage reading. He tried to reset the display board by pressing the power button but no response. He then shut the refrigerator off by the rocker main switch on top unit and then turned back on and now the display control panel is blank/black.. no illumination at all. I called the repair company that repaired the main control board and the technician said that the main control board does not operate that unit. I followed the wiring from the display panel and it does not lead to the main control at all. Do I need to replace this board too now or is there a power supply issue? thank you.
ANSWER Hello Charlene. You wil need to test for power to the display board. If there is power there, replace the display board 2320696.
