This is a follow up to my original question. I just purchased a new board from your company and installed it. Is it possible the new board was faulty and needs to be replaced? Any chance the temperature sensor is causing the F3 fault code? Also, where does the green wire attach? Thanks so much.
ANSWER Hello Rick. The green wire hooks to a ground terminal. You will need to trace and see where the ground wire is off the unit. As for the codes, if the clock is new and the codes are still there, you will need to replace the sensor 12001655. The clock should be fine, if it is a new clock. Hope this helps.
