The washer fills fine on the wash cycle but only halfway on the rinse.
ANSWER Hello Ralph. The manufacturer has incorporated a wiring configuration which they claim to be a water saver. This configuration fills the rinse cycle with 7 to 9 inches of water fill during the rinse cycle. There are no parts you can replace to change this as it is engineered into the units' design. The only thing the manufacturer recommends that helps a bit is if the machine has a setting for fabric softener, set it to "fabric softener used" for each load you want to fill with an additional 2 inches of water in the rinse cycle. I'm know this isn't what you wanted to hear but this is information gathered from the designers of the unit and unless they redesign the machine, it cannot be changed. Hope this was useful information and have a great day!
