Checked schematics/instructions. Dryer runs when start button is pressed and goes off once you release start button. Checked the start relay and w/ the button pressed in, it is getting 120v to each post on relay. Booklet says among other things that if this is the case to replace even heat control. Is there anything else we should check before ordering this part? Also, does this board just clip into panel via the plastic pieces on each side once you get everything plugged into it>

ANSWER Hello Tammy,
You may want to check the wiring from the switch to the motor. There may be a broken wire. If there is no broken wire then you would need to replace the motor 279787.
