My Kenmore 59676593602 temperature display will show -31 for the freezer and 50 for the refrigerator; however, neither are cold enough - the freezer setting I use is 0, and the refrigerator setting I use is 38 (as recommended). I can get normal readouts (and cooling for both compartments) if, after malfunctioning, I turn it off for 24 hours, unplug it, and then turn back on. It will work fine for a week or two, and then give then repeat the warming/faulty readouts. I have thought maybe replacing part number W10207861 would be a fix. Any additional thoughts?
ANSWER Hello Doug. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the board W10207861 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. You need to check and make sure the compressor is not clicking when it is faulting.
