The control panel is dead except for the light on the timer knob, the drain pump runs constantly, the display itself is dead. How do I determine if it is the control board #6 in illustration or #13 board in illustration?
ANSWER Hi Larry. Use a volt/ohm meter part # TJMA-DM1 to see if you have 120 vac incoming the filter part # W10367632. Is the filter supplying the voltage out put ? Does it have a loos connection or a broken wire? Access the supplied tech. sheet in the unit folded in a packet to insert into a field diagnostic test. If it does not, let me know so I can assist. further. Are there any fault codes showing ? I know the board does not light up. Remove the power and the top. Smell the control board mounted in the center of the rt. side , mounted to the upper frame. If it is burnt then it is part # W10283511. Look at all connections top, front and back for clean and tight connections. Let me know so I can help. Thank You.
