I have diagnosed the problem to be the cold control, but, I cannot get the front panel off on the top side of the fridge where the cold control is. I removed 2 screws on the furthest back part of the housing, but I cannot get at the scres that hold it up on the front. They are behind plastic parts. How do I remove this?

ANSWER Hello Rodger,
To remove the plastic cover over control panel, take a small flat blade screwdriver and work it under the upper right corner of the plastic. Once you get it to pop loose on the right side just work your way across the panel and it will come off.
